  • Order processing time

    The standard order processing time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the specific handbag model and chosen color. If beads in the desired color are not in stock, the production of the handbag and material delivery may take up to 4 weeks. You will be informed about the processing time for your specific order within 1 day after it is placed.

  • Return policy

    If the purchased product does not meet the customer's expectations, we accept returns in accordance with our policy. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original tag still attached and accompanied by the satin pouch. If the product is not damaged by the customer and meets the return criteria, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
